Fitness Evaluation

Your evaluation will start with an assessment of your current fitness level by a qualified fitness trainer. Based on your results, we'll design a customized program to help you achieve your fitness goals. The testing includes:

  • A health screening and cardiovascular risk profile
  • Blood pressure and heart rate screening
  • Body composition testing or calculation (Body Mass Index)
  • Cardiovascular endurance testing using ASCM protocal
